Refund Policy
Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment source, such as:

Credit Card

Debit Card

Net Banking
-
Wallets (used during payment)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to provide their bank account details or UPI ID for processing the refund.
Refund Amount
Only the product value will be refunded.
The following charges are non-refundable:

Shipping charges (if applicable)

COD charges (if applicable)

Gift wrapping charges (if applicable)
Refund Processing
Refunds will be initiated only after:

The returned product is received by Rag Clothing.

The returned product passes our quality inspection.
Refund Timeline
Once approved:

UPI refunds generally take 1–3 business days.

Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Products
Refunds are not applicable for:

Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers

Gift items

Clearance or final sale products marked as non-returnable

Products purchased with discounts exceeding 30% (unless defective or incorrect)
